THE CRITICAL MINERALS PROCESSING HUB MODEL
CROSS CARIBOU, COLORADO - PIPELINE SIT
Project Overview
American Clean Resources Group’s second SEC-compliant SK-1300 site advances the company’s multi-hub network vision, establishing ACRG as a national critical minerals processing platform anchored in the historic Grand Island Mining District of Colorado. Located in Boulder County, approximately five miles west of Nederland, the Cross Caribou property comprises 2,193 acres of consolidated land holdings and includes some of the most historically productive silver and gold mines in the American West.
The site combines significant existing underground mine infrastructure — including the Cross and Caribou portals, an installed water treatment plant, and on-site operational facilities — with an established mining permit and an active environmental compliance program. Cross Caribou positions ACRG with a second domestic processing footprint in a region that offers historical mineral resources alongside modern regulatory oversight, skilled labor availability, and close proximity to major transportation, research, and capital infrastructure along the Denver-Boulder corridor.
Together with the Millers Hub in Nevada, Cross Caribou anchors ACRG’s vision for a network of Critical Mineral Processing Hubs across the Western United States — serving as a domestic solution to the supply chain vulnerabilities created by foreign control of critical minerals processing capacity.
